We select the caviar from our rainbow trout, to bring you some real treasures. Crispy, tasty and of an intense orange colour, trout eggs are produced with limited availability, subject to seasonality. In order not to affect our farming with a low environmental impact, we take caviar at certain times and only in the best reproductions, so as not to affect neither the taste of the product nor the health of our animals.

Ingredients: rainbow trout eggs (Oncorhyncus mykiss – allevato in Italia) salt, sugar
Suitable for: an evening with a refined and luxurious taste.
Matching vwe recommend you to taste it natural on salads, or on first courses or canapés, with a knob of butter.
