The wine "Rosé Larmes du Paradis" is a rosé wine, firm and dry, produced mainly from Nebbiolo grapes, vinified after a light crushing. This guarantees a fermentation of the must flower without skins, which gives this Rosé. A characteristic right sugar and alcohol content, balanced by a good fixed acidity, which contributes to enhancing the aromas and keeping them over time.
Its fruity smell is reminiscent of Valdostan apples, as well as the taste, fresh, slightly acidic, elegant, which make it a perfect rosé representative of our territory.
